Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Bitehub and natural or legal persons (hereinafter "Customer") in connection with the conception, design, development and provision of websites, web shops and related digital services.

Services
Bitehub offers individually agreed digital services—in particular, web design, webshop development, technical implementation, consulting, and support. The specific scope of services is defined in the respective offer or project agreement.
Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded upon written or electronic confirmation of an offer by the customer. Offers are valid for 10 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices and payment
Prices are agreed individually and are in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR) – depending on the project and the customer’s location.
Payment terms: 50% at project initiation, 50% at completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are payable within 10 days.
Customer's obligation to cooperate
The client undertakes to provide all content, access, and information necessary for project implementation on time. Delays due to lack of cooperation may impact the schedule and costs.
Acceptance
Upon completion, the results will be sent to the client for review. Any defects must be reported in writing within five days. Failure to respond within this period will result in the project being deemed accepted.
Copyright & Usage Rights
All designs, code, texts, or concepts created by Bitehub remain the property of Bitehub until full payment is received. After payment, the customer receives a non-exclusive right of use for the agreed purpose. Any distribution or reuse outside of the project requires consent.
Liability
Bitehub excludes all liability.
This applies in particular to direct and indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of data, lost profits, or third-party claims. Use of the services provided is at the customer's own risk.
Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality regarding all information received within the framework of the collaboration.
Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). Further information can be found in the privacy policy on our website.
Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Bitehub's registered office.
